Options

Our standards make each home a good living space for every customer regardless of your preferences. We know that you want a home that is tailored to your taste, we have many options available for you to choose from. Here is a list of some of them. For a complete list contact your local office.

Exterior Siding:

Cement Lap Siding comes standard with each home. We have elevation upgrades that provide a more custom feel. This allows each customer to apply their own personal style and budget criteria.

Finishes:

Our interior finishes include an attractive trim package. For those customers who want customization we have many options to choose from.

Counter Tops:

Laminate counter tops come standard with the options ranging from more colors all the way to granite counter tops. This puts the design choices in your hands to give you exactly what you want.

Fixtures:

Our selection of fixtures gives you plenty of opportunity to integrate your personal preference into each room; however, we do provide an attractive standard fixture package with our homes.

Interior Style:

Many of our plans already include high end style to their designs. Most plans integrate interior vaults, plant shelves, utility rooms, open floor plans, split bedrooms, attractive exterior, picture windows, and quality cabinets.
